Ancient Civilisation® Essences
During these courses you will re-discover and draw on your strength, knowledge and grounding from one or several of these Ancient wisdoms.
The Essences of the Ancient Civilisations® help balance the physical, emotional and Spiritual levels of all living things.
There are 36 essences (three sets of 12) each supporting a different part of the Energy pattern.
The Physical Essences
In general, the 12 essences in the first set work on YOU - they assist to bring your energy pattern into harmony so you can function at your best.
The Feeling Essences
Essences in the second set provide tools to help you on your inward journey of self development - to find out who you are and what you want.
The Doing With Knowing Essences
The third set helps you on your outward journey - they strenghten your ability to seek your own Truth and help you access energies from the past to aid the future.
They are especially helpful to guide the children of the future in the ways of the Ancients, which allows all things to live in harmony and love.
The Essences of the Ancient Civilisations® are vibrational remedies, each holding the imprint of a specific energy pattern, drawn from an ancient time and place in history. Each of the great Civilisations of the past had several things in common, one of these being their sacred wells or pools.
It is from those sacred waters that the energy pattern of a civilisation is drawn to make each of the essences.
These essences are made possible by the gifted Chiron channel Jan Thomas, whose extraordinary abilities enable her to reach back in time and connect with those sacred energies. The 'Physical' Essences
This set of Essences are known as the 'physical' essences - they are used to make changes in everyday life. They give you a kick start in areas that are weighing you down, draining your energy and making you operate less than your full potential. Our journey with each Ancient Essence will take you to that time to remember the lessons learned through that civilization and passed on for all to access.

We use these strengths and wisdoms through the essences because the feeling that was behind the knowledge gained has vanished. Therefore, we add to our 'Store house of knowledge' all of the Feeling and Understanding of the gifts of Gaia that we use today, by adding to them the Feeling and the energy of the past. Thus we are drawing from a store house of knowledge that has forgotten more than we will ever know - the accumulation of centuries of knowledge.

The 'Doing With Knowing' Essences
The Doing With Knowing Essences are for those searching for 'further truth' - the subtle knowledge that can only come after a long journey to truth.
These essences are for those who want to use the knowledge of the past, to change the future, and to guide the children of the future who will be born with those ancient talents and gifts back, back to a knowledge of the energy of the cradle of their talents - the Truth of The Ancient Civilisations.
Because now we only know the knowledge of
our books, and because books are observations
written onto pages, the feeling that was
behind that knowledge has vanished. Therefore, we add to our ‘Storehouse of knowledge’
all of the Feeling and Understanding of the
gifts of Gaia that we use today, by adding to
them the Feeling and energy of the past - thus
we are drawing from a storehouse of knowledge

journey, back to his natural levels of intuition -

These last Essences of The Ancient
